the following steps:
- If you purchased UpFront via Compuer Associates then they should be your
first line of support and you should follow your standard Ingres support
procedures.
- If you have an UpFront support agreement via CACI, then you should contact
MarsJupiter LTD as we now
cover such support agreements.
If you are running UpFront and require onsite assistance, we have found many
UpFront customers have benefited from onsite consultancy from the UpFront Chief
Engineer Martin Walker Whilst this is obviously chargable it is frequently very
productive. Customers can be shown advanced features that reduce editing time as
well as benefiting from direct contact and advice from the main author of
UpFront. UpFront has sometimes even been modified to meet customer needs as a
