Mambo Open Source is the web Portal of choice at MarsJupiter.com. It is Free Software released under the GNU/GPL License.

Since Mambo uses a mysql database you will on occasion need to delve into the actual database itself, probably using phpmyadmin via your sites control panel. For example we have seen attempts to include the "<>" characters in item titles, break the adminstration of Mambo. Being able to look at your "mos_content" table and being able to delete the last added record is a quick way of back tracking changes if anything as unpleasant as this occurs.
